Modular Cleanroom Panels

Modular cleanroom panels are sandwich panels made to be assembled as a room system rather than built on site board by board. Machine-made tongue-and-groove panels suit modular assembly because they install quickly, while handmade panels suit modular rooms that need pre-embedded conduits, pre-cut openings and easy dismantling.

What makes a panel modular

Modularity comes from the joint and the route: tongue-and-groove joining and middle-aluminium joining let boards assemble and dismantle as a system, and combined panels join machine-made and handmade boards without a seam. Length follows the project, and the general machine-made width is 1,150 mm. State the room layout with the brief so board sizes can be planned as a system.

Joint systems are tongue-and-groove joining, middle-aluminium joining and blind-panel ceiling joining. For a modular ceiling, state the blind-panel ceiling joint requirement with the wall joint, so walls and ceilings arrive as one coordinated system.

Panel routes and joint systems

Handmade panels use a galvanised steel keel edge, allow pre-embedded conduits and pre-cut openings, and are easy to dismantle. They suit high-standard cleanroom workshops and cost more than machine-made panels. Machine-made tongue-and-groove panels are formed by continuous automated roll-press bonding and install quickly. Combined handmade and machine panels join the two routes without a seam, reducing on-site cutting waste for projects that need both machine-made speed and handmade flexibility.

Joint options described in the product overview are tongue-and-groove joining, middle-aluminium joining, and blind-panel ceiling joining. Handmade panels additionally use middle-aluminium joints, tongue-and-groove joints and blind-panel joints. Joint choice affects airtightness, dismantling and site cutting, so state your joint type in the brief.

What to confirm before ordering

Confirm core choice, panel width, thickness, joint type, surface colour and application before quotation. Steel colours follow the international colour card, and the regular colours on each product page may differ slightly, so confirm the colour against the specific product page for your order. Certificates are available upon request. For quantity and timing, share your quantity and target date to get MOQ and lead time for your order.
