Machine-Made Tongue-and-Groove Panel Process
Machine-made tongue-and-groove panels are formed by continuous automated roll-press bonding of face sheets, core and adhesive. They install quickly and suit cleanroom walls and ceilings, including standardised and modular runs. Customer material describes installation speed as about twice that of traditional boards and labour saving of about 50 percent; that figure is quoted here as customer material, not as a measured site result.

General machine-made dimensions
The general machine-made width is 1,150 mm, with thickness from 50 to 150 mm for the 1150 type, and length following the project. Optional cores for machine-made panels include PU, EPS, phenolic, paper and aluminium honeycomb, silicon rock and gold-faced boards. No production line count is stated on this site.
Machine-made joints
Machine-made boards join through the tongue-and-groove joint, with middle-aluminium joining and blind-panel ceiling joining also available in the general range. The tongue-and-groove joint suits modular assembly and fast wall and ceiling runs. State the joint type with the core so the order covers the board you intend to install.
