Cleanroom PUF Panel Guide
Cleanroom PUF panels are PU foam sandwich panels used in cleanroom and related enclosures. In this range PU is an optional core for machine-made panels, oriented to insulation and lightweight uses. This guide explains the PUF option and the routes around it; it does not present a PUF specification table.
Where PUF panels fit
PU foam boards suit insulation and lightweight uses, and PU tongue-and-groove boards are listed for cold storage and warehouses. For cleanroom walls and ceilings, the same machine-made route applies, with the joint type and board dimensions confirmed per project. If the room is a cold store rather than a cleanroom, state that in the brief, because joint airtightness and store dimensions become the leading requirements.
PUF joints and finishes
Joint systems are tongue-and-groove joining, middle-aluminium joining and blind-panel ceiling joining. For PU boards, the chamfer structure is described as improving joint airtightness in cold storage and warehouse use. Steel colours follow the international colour card, with regular colours varying slightly by product page, so confirm colour against the specific product page for your order.
