Aluminium Honeycomb Tongue-and-Groove Panel
Aluminium honeycomb tongue-and-groove panels use a hexagonal aluminium honeycomb core between face sheets. The regular effective widths are 980 and 1,180 mm, the regular thicknesses are 5, 8, 10, 12, 50, 75 and 100 mm, and the regular length is up to 6,000 mm, with width, thickness and length customisable to the project.
Honeycomb core dimensions
The honeycomb core is hexagonal 3003H18 aluminium foil, 0.38 to 0.68 mm thick, with an edge length of 4 to 6 mm. Face metals may be galvanised steel sheet, stainless steel sheet, aluminium alloy sheet, aluminium-magnesium-manganese sheet or inorganic pre-coated sheet, with high-grade polyester resin, fluorocarbon resin or high-weather-resistance resin baking finishes. Colours include grey, ivory white, dark blue and blue dream, or custom colours to customer requirements.
